A long time collector and costumer, over 30 years, Susy Moorstein (Susyqtiques) opened her store front in Leesburg May of 2007. Located in The Black Shutter Antique Center on the corner of Loudoun and King Streets the shop is easy to find. Just head up to the 2nd floor of this incredible historic building…make a left turn at the top of the stairs into rooms 7 and 8…enter the wonderful unique world of vintage clothing and old stuff!
SusyQtiques is one of the largest vintage clothing stores in the Washington DC area.
Vintage clothing is a unique way to express yourself. Going the “top to toe” vintage works for some or just adding unique pieces to a wardrobe can bring an entire new look. Vintage costume jewelry is the perfect addition to any outfit. Costume jewelry is a great gift. At the front desk check out the jewelry at the counter.
Along with women’s vintage clothing there is a large selection of men’s vintage clothing. You may have visited SusyQtiques at the DC Big Flea which is held at the Dulles Expo Center. She has been doing this antique show for 10 years. Of course 5 times a year is not enough for some people so locating to a store front was the logical move.
Along with vintage clothing you will find collectibles from the past. Hammered aluminum from the 1940′s/50′s. Bar ware sets, glassware, ceramics and books can be found as you enter room 7.
