Can you believe it…2010 already. It seems like we were just dealing with entering a new century. Now we are thru the first decade of that century.
SusyQtiques is going in for a face lift this year. Yep…time to do some peeling and painting. Opening a shop almost 3 years ago was one of the highlights of this past decade for me. BUT that was also a month before my daughter was getting married….so I moved in and just lived with what was there. The next year my son got married! Well I understand I am going to be a vintage “granny” this summer so I gotta do it now or never.
Next weekend is the first DC Big Flea of the year. I will be there with a huge load of vintage for your shopping pleasure
Same row…Aisle G South Building.
There will be coats and jackets, suits and dresses, hats and purses. I am planning on bringing some great vintage clothing from all decades and seasons. Not just sticking to “winter” stuff
Once the Big Flea is over…room 8 at the shop will be closed off and on while things are moved…peeled and painted . I am hoping to have it done by February.
So stop by from now until next weekend…then come by the Big Flea. Much of the clothing in room 8 will be moved into room 7.
