“they call me mellow yellow…..”
Well folks, it was a very very busy January for old Susy and SusyQtiques. After 3…yes I said 3…coats of paint room 8 is finally painted. The dark peachy pink is gone…well there is a small place it still screams PINK..but the room is now a soft, light yellow. The room seems so much brighter….it is.
The entire month room 7 and 8 have been getting a change over. Although there are still shelves to put up and some things moved around…we are heading into the final stretch.
February is good time to add some sparkle and uniqueness to your closet. Stop by and check out the “yellow” and peruse the racks.
Although you will find seasonal clothing I am adding off season things as I find them. Otherwise I forget where I put them
Room 7 now has all the guy’s vintage and the collectibles. Room 8 is just gals vintage clothing and accessories. Everything from the long party dresses…PROM is just around the corner…to short day dresses and those all important suits. Lots of sweaters can be found on the center rack. Sweaters are so perfect for right now. There are cardigans and pull over sweaters to wear with your favorite jeans or maybe a vintage pair of slacks or skirt.
Hats and handbags are multiplying like rabbits. If you need a belt thin or wide, metal or leather..tons of them. Seems to be THE accessory of the year.
Valentines Day is around the corner…need something special to wear or to give? Lots of guy and gal stuff..I am sure you will find just what you need. If not….WELL….there are 40 other great dealers you definitely can find something perfect for the one(s) you love
For all my theatre friends…need a costume…let me know. I may have something perfect for your character. Also the WATCH Awards are March 14. To be unique stop by and get your one of a kind evening outfit…that goes for you guys too! Lots of jewelry too. In room 7 there is a case full of cool vintage jewelry. At the front desk the jewelry is mine too! Yep! I seem to be all over the place
Although I have a lot to do before the rooms are “done” things are moving along. Come and see me!
